Bio


Sivi grew up in the small town of Kisangani, north of Kinshasa, in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). After completing her secondary education, she was accepted at UNIKIN (University of Kinshasa) where she obtained her bachelor's degree in biotechnology.
Shortly after graduation, Sivi was offered a position as Human Resources Manager at DHL in the DRC and Republic of Congo. Her work with DHL has created opportunities for advancement in the HR field with companies such as Vodacom and MIH, where she was promoted to HR Business Partner, HR Director.
In 2013 she decided to pursue her passion to strengthen the local economy by founding MANITECH CONGO, a company in the food industry producing natural jams, peanut butter, sauces and flours. In 2016, Sivi decided to leave the corporate world to devote himself full-time to his business.
After 2 years of hard work and dedication, MANITECH CONGO began to develop considerably, which allowed it to grow and invest in other companies, including : DRC PAINT, a building and accessory painting factory, and DRC CONSTRUCT, a construction and general works service company.
She has also been appointed TEF LEAD and Ambassador for the Tony Elumelu Foundation.
As a community leader, Sivi founded the association MADE IN 243 to bring together the resources and know-how of the owners and leaders of local Congolese industries. She also co-founded ACPRH, the largest human resources association in the DRC, of which she is vice-president.
Despite the many challenges and obstacles she has had to overcome, she has managed to balance her work and busy schedule with wives and mothers of two wonderful daughters. His passion to see the Congolese people and businesses in the region have a chance to grow has given him the strength and determination to carry out his ventures.
