He was deputy head of the political department until 2005. He continued his career as a senior reporter in the political department of Le Figaro, this time responsible for monitoring the Élysée and Matignon. In 2010, he left the daily newspaper and joined the editorial staff of the Journal du Dimanche, where he had already been approached in 2008, and became an editorial writer for L'Hémicycle, a French weekly magazine on political and institutional news. He joined Paris Match in 2014: he was appointed editor-in-chief of the politics and economy department. An expert on the French political right, he is the author of two books on the presidential elections: Les Coulisses d'une victoire (2002) and Nicolas Sarkozy, de Neuilly à l'Élysée (2007). Having followed Nicolas Sarkozy for several years, he has also co-written several books on the former head of state: Sarkozy côté vestiaires, written with Karim Nedjari (2010); Sarkozy et ses femmes, co-written with Eric Decouty (2008). In 2013, he co-wrote with Carole Barjon Le coup monté, a resounding investigation into the battle between François Fillon and Jean-François Copé for the presidency of the UMP, which was marked by suspicions of fraud. Bruno Jeudy is also present on TV screens, as a regular guest of "C dans l'air" on France 5. In September 2016, he joined BFM TV where he intervenes as an editorialist.
