Fulfilment at Work: Ideal or Illusion?
Overview
The health crisis has acted as an accelerator of transformations already at work in the world of work. Under the effect of the "big digital world", relations with time, space and others have profoundly changed, weakening traditional forms of sociability in the workplace.
Meaning, life balance, recognition, autonomy: expectations are evolving and deeply questioning traditional organizational models. But is this promise of fulfillment really accessible to all, or does it partly stem from an illusion?
This session proposes to explore the concrete conditions for reconciling economic performance and well-being at work. What levers do companies have to foster individual engagement and achievement? What limits are imposed by economic, organizational or social constraints? Between the hybridization of working methods, the rise of artificial intelligence and new expectations from employees, this plenary session will examine the levers available to organizations to reinvent spaces for cooperation, strengthen commitment, and restore meaning to work
