Erwan Dupuy has been Chief Executive Officer of Evoriel since 2024. An independent LBO-backed group, Evoriel is a leading player in property management in France, serving one million clients through a network of 200 branches and 3,300 employees nationwide. A graduate of Centrale Supelec, with a Master of Science from Imperial College and an MBA from INSEAD, Erwan Dupuy has spent more than twenty-five years leading transformation, growth and value creation in France and internationally. His career included senior roles at McKinsey, Shell, Saint-Gobain, Leroy Merlin and Emeis. His professional journey has been shaped by a consistent focus on housing, the energy transition, and service. From solar energy and building materials to care services and, today, property management, he has developed broad leadership experience across complex, people-focused industries. As Chief Executive Officer of Evoriel, Erwan Dupuy is driving a clear ambition: to combine operational excellence, collective engagement and innovation, in order to strengthen the Group’s long-term performance and position Evoriel as a trusted partner, simplifying the real estate journey for its clients.
