Sylvie Jéhanno (X89, Ingénieur des Mines) is CEO of Dalkia, an EDF Group subsidiary (turnover of approximately 5 billion euros and 19,000 employees in France and abroad) specialising in energy services through renewable energies and energy efficiency. She joined EDF GDF Services in 1994 as a gas network operations manager. In 2005, she was appointed BtoB Marketing Director, then Key Account Director in 2007. In 2011, Sylvie Jéhanno became Director of Individual Customers at EDF, in charge of 5,000 people managing 25 million customers and accelerating the digital transformation of EDF's customer relations. Then in 2016, she launched Sowee, an alternative electricity and gas supplier, dedicated to the connected home. On 1st January 2017, she became Chief Executive Officer of Dalkia and then Chairwoman and CEO a year after. She launched a strategic plan aimed at redeveloping Dalkia internationally and positioning it as a leader in the energy transition of territories (renewable heating and cooling networks, decarbonisation of industry and buildings). She is also committed to the feminisation of scientific and technical professions and in 2018 created the "Women's Energy in Transition" award. She is a member of the Nexans board of directors. She is also France 2030 Ambassador, co-chairwoman of the Strategic Committee of the "New Energy Systems" sector and of the public interest group "Les entreprises s’engagent" community. Sylvie Jéhanno is a Knight of the Légion d’Honneur.
