Bio

Originally a high ranking civil servant, Laurent Germain left the public sector in 2005 to work in industry. Passionate about the development, growth and transformation of companies with a strong international presence, Laurent Germain has driven a strong growth and internationalization dynamic within major consulting and engineering groups such as Segula Technologies, which he headed for 5 years, and then Egis, which he headed in 2020. In 2021, he was also appointed Chairman of the France-Saudi Arabia (February), France-Ukraine (May) and France-Georgia (November) Business Councils of MEDEF International.
