El Mouhoub MOUHOUD, Professor of Economics at Paris Dauphine University – PSL, President of Paris Dauphine University

D. in economics from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne in 1991, and agrégé d’études d’économie (1994), he has also worked as a scientific advisor to the Commissariat Général du Plan, a department of the Prime Minister (France Strategies) (1995-2007) and as a consultant to the OECD, the UN, and the World Bank. He is a member of the Steering Committee of the French Association of Economic Sciences.

His research focuses on the effects of globalization, territorial competitiveness, relocation of activities, and international migration.

Main areas of expertise

International economics, industrial relocation and offshoring, economics of international migration, and political economy of the economies of North Africa and the Middle East.
