Alexandre VIROS

Bio


Alexandre Viros began his career in higher education and research before joining the Boston Consulting Group in 2004. Four years later, he joined the strategy department of the Fnac Group, at a time when the latter was launching its multi-channel transformation strategy in the face of competition from online commerce, which was impacting its traditional markets. In 2010, he was appointed Director of Music and Recording at Fnac. In 2012, he became head of France Billet, the group's ticketing subsidiary, and in 2016, he was appointed director of marketing and e-commerce. He joined the executive committee of the FNAC group, which would become Fnac Darty. In February 2018, he joined the SNCF as CEO of Oui.sncf, the SNCF group's sales site and France's leading e-commerce site, which was undergoing a major transformation. He will have several major innovations to his credit, including the deployment of the SNCF Assistant application, the first platform to bring together all mobility solutions (train, VTC, metro, bus), downloaded by 16 million people. A member of the SNCF Mobilités Comex, in 2018 he became CEO of e.voyageurs SNCF, a group that brings together all the SNCF's digital solutions. In September 2020, Alexandre Viros will become head of the Adecco Group in France. He has a degree in philosophy and is a graduate of Science Po. He also holds a DEA in cognitive science from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales. Alexandre Viros is also a director of Hermès International.
