Sibylle Le Maire is the Executive Director the Bayard Group, in charge of Development, and the founder of Club Landoy and the media ViveS. She founded Club Landoy in 2019, a collective of companies committed to mitigating the economic and social impacts of the demographic transition. The club brings together some thirty public and private companies (Caisse des Dépôts, L’Oréal, BNP Paribas, Dassault Systèmes, AXA, La Poste, AG2R, Sanofi, EDF, Orange, Sanofi, Action Logement, etc.) that are taking action to adapt to this new context. Together, they are rethinking the conditions of a society where people live longer. The Club Landoy launched the 50+ Charter, open to all companies or organisations wishing to improve employment and support for employees over 50. This initiative now brings together nearly 500 signatories, representing 4 million employees. Sibylle Le Maire is also the founder of ViveS, the first media dedicated to financial education for women. She is a member of the board of directors of Emeis and the Force Femmes association.
