Bio
A graduate of HEC, Rodolphe Belmer began his career in 1993 at Procter & Gamble, before moving to McKinsey & Company. He joined the Canal+ Group in 2001, where he was appointed Chief Executive of the channel in 2003, before serving as Group Chief Executive from 2012 to 2015. In 2016, he took over as Chief Executive of the satellite operator Eutelsat Communications. He then became Chief Executive of Atos, the European leader in cloud computing, cybersecurity and supercomputing, in 2022. At the same time, he chaired the Séries Mania festival from 2019 to 2022 and sat on the board of directors of Netflix from 2018 to 2022.
On 27 October 2022, Rodolphe Belmer was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the TF1 Group, and subsequently Chairman and Chief Executive Officer following the Board of Directors’ meeting on 13 February 2023. He has also been Chairman of La Filière Audiovisuelle (LaFA) since 2024, Chairman of the Fondation Auteurs Solidaires, established by the SACD, and sits on the board of directors of the organisation Culture Relax.
