Pauline Rossi is professor of economics at the Ecole Polytechnique – CREST and affiliated researcher at the CEPR. She is a graduate of HEC Paris and defended her doctoral thesis in economics at the Ecole d'Economie de Paris. Before joining the École Polytechnique, she was a professor at the University of Amsterdam and a visiting professor at Yale University. His research focuses on the economics of development and family economics. His articles have been published in leading scientific journals such as Review of Economic Studies, American Economic Journal: Economic Policy, or Journal of Development Economics. In 2021, she received an ERC Starting Grant to study how social interactions via peer effects and matching mechanisms shape population dynamics. Nominated for the 2023 Best Young Economist Award (PMJE).
