Bio
Patrick Weil is a historian and emeritus research director at the CNRS, specializing in secularism and immigration issues. He was also a visiting professor at Yale Law School from 2008 to 2024. Holding degrees in law, from ESSEC, and from Sciences Po, he has been the founding president of Bibliothèques Sans Frontières since 2007. Patrick Weil is a member of the Scientific Council of the Youth programme "Jeunesse(s)" of Le Cercle des économistes.
