Bio

Having joined Macif as an intern after studying law and art history, Jean-Philippe Dogneton has held numerous roles within the mutual, gaining an in-depth knowledge of its every dimension. Head of Reinsurance and Risk Management in the 2000s, he became Director of Property & Casualty Insurance at Macif in 2011, leading the overhaul of its technical and customer relations model. Appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer in 2015, he went on to become Chief Executive Officer of SAM Macif in 2019. Currently serving as Group CEO of Macif, he also holds the position of Deputy CEO for P&C and Life Insurance at Aéma Groupe, and serves as Chairman of Abeille Assurances.
