Bio

Estelle Sauvat is the Managing Director of Groupe Alpha (1,000 consultants, €145 million turnover), a consulting, expertise and audit firm for companies, CSEs and public decision-makers through its entities, Secafi and Sémaphores. Former High Commissioner for Skills Transformation, she initiated the operational design of the Skills Investment Plan and the monetized CPF between 2017 and 2018. In addition, with a degree in accountancy, business law and political science, Estelle Sauvat has acquired professional experience by managing several human resources activities, particularly in the social support of restructuring, from the very beginning of the subprime economic crisis, since 2008, as General Manager of Sodie, a subsidiary of the Alpha Group. Since 2020, Estelle Sauvat and Pierre Ferracci have been engaged in a process of continuity and transition in the governance of the Alpha Group. She will succeed the Presidency from the end of June 2025. Woman of commitment and conviction, she has put her operational expertise at the service of complex issues, faced with the need for ever-faster adaptation of companies and their employees, exposed to economic, social and environmental transformations. This also translates into implications for the strengthening of occupational safety devices (CSP) or skills (CPF, PIC or skill development) or AI (Hippolyte AI, Impact AI, bluenove ...).
