Dora MEREDITH

Bio

Dora Meredith has served as Director of ODI Europe since November 2022. She brings extensive experience in EU policy and international relations, working closely with European institutions and global partners. She is the author of recent ODI and external publications on EU foreign engagement and contributes commentary to outlets such as Politico on Europe’s strategic and geopolitical challenges. Dora has held a range of national and international policy and strategy roles. Before joining ODI Europe, she was Head of Programmes at the Institute for the Future of Work, leading research on how emerging technologies are reshaping work and working lives. She previously worked in public policy roles in the UK and abroad, including representing the UK’s national innovation agency in Brussels, collaborating with EU institutions and Member States on research and innovation. She also undertook a secondment to the British Embassy in Washington, D.C., and served as Senior Coordinator for the UK’s Chairmanship of Eureka, an intergovernmental innovation network.
