Delphine AGUILERA-CARON

Bio

After obtaining a degree in marketing and market research from emlyon business school, Delphine began her career in the commercial teams at Nestlé and then Colgate‑Palmolive. From 2005 onwards, she continued her career at Bristol Myers Squibb, an American biopharmaceutical company. In 2017, she joined Janssen as Head of European Strategy for Immunology, Cardiovascular-Metabolic diseases, and Mature Products. Two years after joining the group, she became Managing Director of Janssen Austria, which became the country’s leading pharmaceutical company under her leadership. Delphine has served as Managing Director of Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine France since September 1, 2021, and is also President of the Janssen Horizon endowment fund. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of Agipharm and Leem.
