Bio

Daniele Chiarella is a Senior Partner and Managing Partner of McKinsey in France. He primarily advises financial institutions, private capital funds, and European industrial groups on their strategic, organizational, operational, and growth challenges. Within McKinsey, he has led several practices, including the Real Estate practice in Europe and the Corporate & Investment Banking practice globally. His areas of expertise include growth strategy, technology transformations, and end-to-end cost optimization programs. He is also actively involved in topics related to European competitiveness and the adaptation of human capital to AI-related challenges, with a strong commitment to deploying large-scale training programs. After five years at Deutsche Bank, he joined McKinsey in 1998 and has worked in Milan, Frankfurt, London, Zurich, and Paris. A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), he graduated from the University of Turin.
