Bio
Mr. Clément BEAUNE is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris, the College of Europe, and the École nationale d'administration (ENA). Particularly recognized for his work on European affairs, he served as Special Advisor to the President of the French Republic on European affairs, and subsequently as his G20 advisor. He was then appointed Minister for European Affairs, and later Minister for Transport. In 2022, he was also elected Member of Parliament for Paris's 7th constituency. This past March, he was appointed High Commissioner for Strategy and Planning. He recently published a book entitled « Je dirai malgré tout que la politique est belle » (published by Stock), in which he shares a personal vision of political commitment, which he views as a demanding yet deeply humanistic adventure.
