A graduate of HEC Grande École, Céline BRUCKER began her career in 1997 with L’Oréal in the United States as a product manager. Over a nine-year period, she progressed within the US marketing department, notably holding the position of VP of Marketing for Hair Color at L’Oréal Paris from 2002 to 2006. She then returned to Europe as Garnier's Marketing Director for the Europe zone. In 2009, she was appointed General Manager of L’Oréal Paris in France, becoming the first woman to hold this position in the country. In 2013, Céline BRUCKER joined Chanel, where she held various leadership roles, including International Marketing General Manager for the Fragrance and Beauty Division. Her objective was to better anticipate and meet the expectations of consumers, retail partners, and teams. Céline BRUCKER successfully led the division back to growth in 2019, while preparing for future challenges such as reinventing the hygiene and beauty category, accelerating e-commerce, and developing more sustainable, refillable product ranges.
