Arnaud GANGLOFF

Bio


A graduate of ESSEC, Arnaud Gangloff has spent the last twenty years leading major business transformations in the world of consulting. In 2001, he co-founded Kea & Partners, of which he is now the Chairman and CEO. He has contributed to making Kea & Partners renowned as a pioneer and innovator in business transformation, leading and guiding the firm's R&D work in this field (managerial innovation, alert companies, responsible transformation). As a business leader, Arnaud believes that beyond the public, government and senior civil servants, businesses have a critical role in sustainability, from a social and environmental perspective. He is a signatory and co-signatory of several appeals in favour of the PACTE, a law to support business growth and transformation, particularly in regard social responsibility. Arnaud also contributed, along with 7 other managers, to the white paper: "Company with a mission: 10 good reasons to go for it" and is an active member of the Community of “Entreprises à Mission”. He co-authored “L ‘Entreprise face à sa responsabilité”, meaning “The company and its responsibility” (published by Descartes & Cie). Arnaud is also Director of the CEM and member of the Board of Directors of ESSEC Alumni. Committed to undertaking pragmatic action, in close collaboration with his clients, he works mainly on major international transformation projects in complex environments.
