L’IA bouleverse-t-elle les règles de la concurrence ?

Session 27 Amphi 2 3 juillet 2026 16:00 - 17:00

Résumé

The rapid rise of artificial intelligence is profoundly transforming the global economy and reshaping the rules of competition. Capable of automating cognitive tasks, analyzing massive volumes of data, and accelerating innovation, AI is becoming a major strategic lever for both companies and states.

Does this technological revolution foster a new dynamic of growth and competitiveness, or does it instead deepen inequalities between actors with the most significant access to data, infrastructure, and computing power? Beyond promises of efficiency and progress, AI also raises issues of sovereignty, regulation, and economic dependency. At a time when a handful of players already dominate the market, how should the rules of competition be rethought in the face of this accelerating technological shift?
