Antoine Saintoyant Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Caisse des Dépôts Group Director of the Banque des Territoires Presentation : Antoine Saintoyant, 49, is graduate of the École nationale d'administration (ENA) and the Sciences Po Paris, he began his career in 2003 at the French Ministry of Economy and Finance within the Treasury Directorate. From 2007 to 2009, he served as advisor in charge of financial services at the Permanent Representation of France to the European Union in Brussels. He then returned to the Treasury from 2009 to 2012, where he successively held the positions of Head of the Banking Affairs Office and Deputy Director for Banks and Public Interest Financing. Between 2012 and 2016, he worked at the Agence des participations de l'État as Director of Investments, overseeing major public shareholdings including Orange, La Poste, Bpifrance, and FDJ. From May 2017 to July 2020, he served as advisor and Head of the Economy, Finance and Industry Unit in the office of Prime Minister Édouard Philippe. He joined the Caisse des Dépôts in September 2020 as Director of Strategic Investments and member of the Group Executive Committee. On June 19, 2025, he was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Group and Director of the Banque des Territoires, in charge of strategic shareholdings and the “Action Groupe” transformation project.
