Arnaud GANGLOFF

Bio

A graduate of ESSEC Business School, Arnaud Gangloff has spent his entire career in consulting, first with Bossard Consultants and later with Gemini Consulting. In 2001, he co-founded Kea & Partners, where he now serves as Chief Executive Officer. He has played a central role in establishing Kéa as a leading player in executive-level consulting, recognized for its pioneering and innovative approach to strategy and business transformation. For more than fifteen years, he has led and shaped the firm’s R&D efforts in these areas, with a particular focus on managerial innovation, adaptive organizations, and responsible transformation. In 2020, Kéa became the first European consulting firm to adopt the status of “Entreprise à Mission.” As a leader, Arnaud Gangloff is deeply convinced that beyond citizens, governments, and civil society, companies themselves have a critical role to play in ensuring a socially and environmentally sustainable future. He has co-authored several opinion pieces advocating for the PACTE Law, aimed at redefining the role of companies, particularly in terms of their social and societal responsibility. He also contributed, alongside seven other executives, to the white paper “Entreprise à mission: 10 bonnes raisons d’y aller” and is an active member of the Communauté des Entreprises à Mission. Closely involved in hands-on work with clients, he primarily leads large-scale international transformation projects in complex environments.
