Estelle Sauvat is the Chairwoman of Groupe Alpha—a consulting, advisory, and auditing firm with 1,000 consultants and €145 million in revenue—serving businesses, works councils, and public decision-makers through its subsidiaries, Secafi and Sémaphores. A former High Commissioner for Skills Transformation, she led the operational design of the Skills Investment Plan and the monetized Personal Training Account (CPF) between 2017 and 2018. Holding degrees in Accounting, Business Law, and Political Science, Estelle Sauvat has built her professional experience by leading various human resources initiatives. Notably, as CEO of Sodie (a Groupe Alpha subsidiary), she provided social support during restructuring processes from the onset of the subprime economic crisis in 2008. Since 2020, she has worked alongside Pierre Ferracci to ensure continuity and facilitate the leadership transition at Groupe Alpha. She succeeded the Group’s founder as Chairwoman on June 19th, 2025. A woman of commitment and conviction, Estelle Sauvat has applied her operational expertise to complex challenges, addressing the need for companies and their employees to adapt ever more rapidly to economic, social, and environmental transformations. This is also reflected in her involvement in strengthening professional security measures (such as the CSP) and skills development initiatives (including CPF, PIC, and other upskilling programs), as well as her engagement in AI-related projects (Hippolyte AI, Impact AI, bluenove, etc.).
