Pierre FERRACCI, Founder of Groupe ALPHA (France) Pierre FERRACCI is a chartered accountant, holds a Master’s degree in Applied Economics (Paris-Dauphine), and a postgraduate diploma (DES) in Economic Sciences. Founder of Groupe ALPHA, a consulting and expertise firm specializing in social relations, he chaired the National Education-Economy Council from 2014 to 2019, a body for dialogue and foresight on educational and economic issues. He has been a member of the Employment Guidance Council and The Growth Boosting Committee. In 2008, he chaired the multi-party working group on vocational training, which led to the 2009 reform. He is one of the three guarantors of the Work, Employment, and Pensions Conference, organized by the Minister of Labour and the Minister Delegate for the Civil Service. Since 2012, Pierre Ferracci has been President of Paris FC, a professional football club (Ligue 1) with a leading men’s and women’s training academy. At the end of 2024, he sold the majority of the club’s shares to Agache Sport, the holding company of the Arnault family.
