Biographie
Alain Bazot has been President of UFC-Que Choisir and Director of Publications since April 2003.
He is also a member of the Conseil national de la consommation (CNC), the Conseil supérieur de la propriété littéraire et artistique (CSPLA), the Conseil national pour la transition écologique (CNTE) as well as the Commission d'évaluation et de contrôle de la médiation (CECM) and most recently the Commission des Clauses Abusives (CCA).
At the European level, Alain BAZOT is a member of the executive of the European Bureau of Consumers' Unions (BEUC). A specialist in public law, he is a lecturer at the University of Burgundy.
He is the author, in 2007, of the book "Consommateur, si tu savais" published by Plon.
