Head of Corporate - Herbert Smith Freehills

Hubert heads the Corporate team of the Paris office, which houses over 25 lawyers.

His practice primarily concerns public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital markets, stock exchange regulations, corporate governance and group reorganisations. He works for listed companies as well as for private ones, for the private sector as well as for the public sector.

Hubert has published more than 30 papers on M&A and financial markets regulation. He is regularly consulted by the regulatory bodies and other professional organizations on matters affecting corporate and financial regulations. Having studied in France (Sorbonne and Assas) and the United States (Yale), Hubert is registered with the Paris and New York State bars and is fluent in French, English and Spanish.
