Biographie


He has been Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer of The European House - Ambrosetti since 2000 and of TEHA Group since 2024. In 2008, together with other Partners, he led the management buyout of The European House - Ambrosetti, buying out the founder.

He is also Director of Ambrosetti Group Limited in London, Chairman of The European House - Ambrosetti Middle East, Deputy Chairman of The European House - Ambrosetti Africa, Senior Advisor to the Italian venture capital fund United Ventures, Mentor of the Kairos Society - an association of young American entrepreneurs - and a member of the Scientific Committee of ASviS (Italian Alliance for Sustainable Development). Since 2011, he has also been a member of YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization).

He serves on the Boards of Directors of numerous companies and of the Foundation of the University of Milano-Bicocca.

He is included in the Forbes TOP 100 CEO Italian Awards 2024, which recognizes top executives leading successful companies who have distinguished themselves through exceptional contribution and leadership.

He teaches on strategy and corporate governance systems for companies, associations, and universities.

He is the author of the books “Verso l’eccellenza. I Consigli di Amministrazione: uno strumento per un efficace Sistema di Governo societario. Proposte e indicazioni,” published by Sperling & Kupfer; “I Riferimenti Fondamentali della Gestione Strategica – I paradigmi del Sistema Impresa,” published by IPSOA; and co-author with Enrico Sassoon of “Una certa idea di leadership,” published by Harvard Business Review Italia in 2025.

He founded and continues to chair several important think tanks, including “Cashless Society,” “Meridiano Sanità,” “Osservatorio sull’eccellenza dei Sistemi di Governo in Italia,” “Osservatorio Valore Sport,” “Valore Acqua,” and “Verso Sud,” among others.

He was Head of the International Division from 1995 to 2000. In this role, he managed The European House - Ambrosetti’s activities in Europe, China, Japan, and the United States.

Since 1992, he has been responsible for the operational organization of The European House - Ambrosetti Forum “The Outlook for the World Economy and Finance,” held every September at Villa d’Este in Cernobbio.

He was responsible for the 2004 edition of the Bilderberg Meeting in Italy.

He previously worked as a financial analyst in Corporate Finance at Paribas in Amsterdam, at one of the leading stock brokerage firms in Milan, Belloni & Tedeschi, and at the research department of Banca Popolare di Luino e Varese.

He graduated in Economics and Business Administration from Bocconi University.

He is married and has three children.
