Bio
Olivier Girard is the Managing Director of Accenture Operations for Europe and the Middle East. He also serves as the Chairman of Accenture France and is a member of Accenture’s European Management Committee. From 2018 to 2024, Olivier Girard was Chairman of Accenture in Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Morocco, Mauritius, the Netherlands, and Vietnam. He has over 25 years of experience in management consulting, including 12 years in senior positions in the retail sector and 5 years leading the Products division (Automotive, Consumer Goods, Retail, and Pharmaceuticals). Outside of Accenture, Olivier Girard sits on the International Advisory Board of ESSEC Business School. Deeply committed to mentorship, he leads the working group on this topic within the Collective for a More Inclusive Economy.
