Bio
Caroline Chevé was born in Marseille in 1975. After earning a master’s degree in philosophy from the Sorbonne, she passed the CAPES exam in 1998. She taught for 20 years at a Marseille high school designated as a priority education and urban policy school. She now teaches at a high school in Paris. After serving for four years as secretary of the FSU’s Bouches-du-Rhône departmental section, she became general secretary of the FSU in February 2025.
