Eric Maumy, Chairman of the APRIL Group, began his career in 1990 at Sedgwick Ltd. In 1995, he joined Gras Savoye, France’s leading insurance broker, where he held various executive positions. In 2000, he continued his career at Adelaïde (Verlingue, Génération, and Coverlife), becoming its CEO in 2005. He led the group through a digital transformation that resulted in strong growth in France and internationally. In 2019, he became CEO and then Chairman of the APRIL Group following its acquisition by the Anglo-American fund CVC Capital Partners, with the ambition of making it a global player, a champion of customer experience, digital, omnichannel, and agile, and a leader in its markets. In late 2022, APRIL signed a strategic partnership with KKR to embark on a new phase of growth in France and internationally. Eric Maumy is also a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and the Club Proscenium, and serves as a volunteer trainer with Energie Jeunes.
