Vincent Bourdil is Executive Vice President (EVP) Europe at Bureau Veritas, the world leader in inspection, certification, and verification services. He leads the Group's European operations, which represent nearly one-third of its global revenue. A graduate of HEC Paris, he has lived and worked across four continents—from French Guiana to Afghanistan, from Singapore to Europe. His career is guided by a steadfast conviction: to put business at the service of activities that create a positive impact on society. At Bureau Veritas, he works at the heart of critical infrastructure challenges, energy transition, industrial sovereignty, and trust in the economy. He is also central to regulatory and standards simplification initiatives aimed at accelerating reindustrialization, investment, and European competitiveness. This experience fuels his reflection on how technological transformations are reshaping the sources of competitive advantage and value creation.
