Bio
Amy Greene is a French-American specialist in American politics, as well as an author and consultant.
Her work focuses on the impact of societal transformations on U.S. domestic and foreign policies, presidential and congressional decision-making, and relations between the United States, France, and the European Union. She also analyzes America's positioning amid global geopolitical dynamics. She advises high-level American, French, and European decision-makers across a variety of both public and private sectors.
An Associate Expert at Institut Montaigne, Amy teaches at Sciences Po Paris, Boston University, and the University of California. She regularly appears in French and international media and is the author of two books: L’Amérique face à ses fractures (Tallandier, 2024) and L’Amérique Après Obama (Autrement, 2012), along with numerous publications in journals and the press.
She holds degrees from the University of Pennsylvania, Sciences Po Paris, and American University.
