Niccolo UBERTALLI

Bio

A graduate in materials engineering from Turin Polytechnic, Niccolò began his career at Teksid as a process engineer. He has an international career with over 25 years' experience in the banking sector. From 2004 to 2006, Niccolò was Senior Vice President of MBNA (US and UK). In 2006, he launched UniCredit Consumer Financing in Bulgaria before moving to Italy in 2009, where he became Chief of Staff to the Group CEO, and then Head of the Consumer Finance Group between 2011 and 2012. Niccolò then moved to Romania in 2012, where he became Deputy Managing Director of UniCredit Tiriac. Bank. From 2015 to 2019, he continued his career at Yapi Kredi as Executive Director and Deputy General Manager before being appointed Head of Italy and Co-CEO Commercial Banking, CEE in 2019. He then became a member of UniCredit's Management Board. Niccolo has been CEO of Groupe CCF since January 2023. During his career, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of UniCredit Tiriac as well as a member of the Supervisory Boards of Pioneer Investments, UniCredit Consumer Finance Bulgaria, UniCredit Consumer Finance Romania and Ergo Asigurari de Viata S.A. Romania, as well as various subsidiaries of the Yapi Kredi Group.
