Frédéric Duponchel is President of Accuracy, an independent international advisory firm that advises corporate leaders and shareholders on their most strategic and critical decisions, particularly in transactions, disputes, and crisis situations. After beginning his career at Arthur Andersen, he co-founded Accuracy with six partners a little over 20 years ago, with the ambition of developing a demanding approach to advisory, grounded in the ability to combine facts, figures, and strategy. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in a wide range of transactions, often in international environments, supporting large corporations and private equity investors. Under his leadership, Accuracy has established itself as a leading financial advisory firm in Europe and globally. Beyond his advisory work, Frédéric Duponchel is engaged in several initiatives at the intersection of economics, strategy, and the public interest. He co-founded La Place Stratégique, an organization dedicated to supporting high-potential technology companies with strong sovereignty implications, with the aim of strengthening their development in France. This focus on ecosystems is also reflected in Accuracy’s work, notably the Barometer on the Economic Impact of Professional Football in France, conducted in partnership with Foot Unis, which highlights the sector’s economic and territorial role. It is also expressed through the discussions he helps foster around sport, as illustrated by a recent event organized in partnership with Fair Play For Planet, bringing together the rugby and judo federations to address issues of engagement and sustainability, as well as a partnership with the French Volleyball Federation aimed at promoting the Paralympic discipline of sitting volleyball. Sport plays a central role in the way Accuracy was built, particularly through the lens of team sports.
