After a difficult childhood marked by domestic violence and the disability of his sisters, Xavier Belvaux built a deeply unconventional path shaped by resilience, hard work, and the power of meaningful encounters.
He began his career in the wine and hospitality industry before discovering the world of real estate through a decisive meeting that would transform his professional trajectory. Passionate about entrepreneurship, human relationships, and business development, he gradually climbed the ranks of the sector and eventually became Director of the ORPI network, where he contributed for more than seven years to the operational and strategic development of one of France’s largest real estate networks.
In 2023, he launched We Invest France with the ambition of reinventing the traditional codes of real estate through a more entrepreneurial, technology-driven, and people-centered model. In just a few years, the network experienced remarkable growth and established itself among the ten largest real estate networks in France.
