Olivier Scalabre has been Head of BCG France since October 2022. He joined BCG in 2001 and became a Managing Director and Partner in 2010. An industry specialist, he advises leading industrial players on their growth strategies as well as their operational and digital transformation initiatives. Committed to strengthening European competitiveness, he is the author of several landmark studies on the topic. At the global level, he has led BCG’s work on Industry 4.0 and decarbonization technologies (Green Tech), and founded the ICO (Innovation Center for Operations) network. He is a graduate of CentraleSupélec.
