Marine Tondelier is the leader of the French green party Europe Ecologie - Les Verts. She joined the green party after she decided to take part in a group of young activists for the COP 15 in Copenhagen. Elected national secretary in December 2022, she initiated an overhaul of the party aimed at launching a new movement: The Ecologists. This movement aims to reach one million supporters by 2027, for the next presidential elections. Marine is also a regional councilor for the Hauts-de-France region.
