General Inspector of Finance since September 2018, Anne Perrot has also been a member of the Participations and Transfers Commission since March 2019. She is a corresponding member of the Economic Analysis Council. She has been a professor at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne since 1991, and at the National School of Statistics and Economic Administration from 1997 to 2004. She held the position of Director of the Industrial Economics Laboratory at CREST (Center for Research in Economics and Statistics) from 1997 to 2004 and served as Vice-President of the Competition Authority from 2004 to 2012. In addition, she worked as a partner at the Mapp firm from 2012 to 2018.

In addition to these main positions, she was also a professor and affiliated with the economics department of Sciences Po Paris from 2011 to 2015, and chaired the evaluation commission of the law for growth, activity and equal opportunities in 2015. She has also been associate editor of the journals Économie et Prévision and Competition Policy International. His expertise extends to areas such as regulation, competition, and innovation, particularly in digital matters.

She holds an Agrégation in Economics, a State doctorate in Economics and a postgraduate doctorate in Mathematics.
