Biographie
Acutal Member of the High Level Forum of the EU Commission on Capital Market Union, Sylvie Matherat is a former executive Board member of Deutsche Bank Group, former deputy director general of Banque de France
She was at Banque de France, till 2014, deputy Director general in charge of Financial stability issues and payment systems, French representative in the Basel Committee. From 2014 to 2019 She was at Deutsche Bank, Chief Regulatory Officer, Member of the group Management Board responsible for Regulation, Compliance, Anti-Financial Crime and business and conflicts office. From 2016 to 2019, Sylvie Matherat was vice chair then chair of the GFMA (Global Financial Market Association).
Since 2019, She has been independent member of the High Level Forum of the EU Commission on Capital Market Union.
