Bio

Born March the 2nd, 1986 in Montpellier (34) Education: Master's degree in Management Control, IAE Montpellier (2009) In 2018, Loïc Soubeyrand founded Swile, a worktech company that reinvents and digitizes employee benefits, offering a unified and simplified experience, both in terms of employee spending and company management. After five years of study at the IAE Montpellier, he co-founded Teads in 2010, which quickly established itself as a leader in the advertising market. When Altice acquired Teads in 2017, he turned away from the advertising market to focus on the restaurant voucher market. "In chess, the winner is several moves ahead. I need to take a step back and zoom out very far," he summarizes. In 2018, he launched Lunchr, which digitized the way paper vouchers work. In March 2020, Lunchr became Swile. Today, Swile brings together all employee benefits (meal vouchers, gift vouchers, mobility, vacation offers) as well as an offer – Swile Travel – for business travel and professional expenses. Furthermore, always looking for new challenges, Loïc Soubeyrand has been focusing on Brazil since 2021. The acquisition of the startup Vee Beneficios allows him to establish Swile in this country, the number one and entirely dematerialized market for meal vouchers. Furthermore, in just four years, the company has raised nearly €300 million in funding from renowned global investors and become the nineteenth French unicorn. In July 2022, the company took a new strategic turn and opened a new chapter in its development by acquiring Bimpli from Groupe BPCE. This change in scale now gives Swile the means to achieve its ambition: to build the global leader in employee payment experience.
