
Florence BRILLOUIN
Bio
Ms. Florence BRILLOUIN has been leading the Department of Economic and Digital Affairs of the International Organisation of la Francophonie (OIF), since September 2023. In this role, she oversees the implementation of projects aimed at promoting economic and trade exchanges within the Francophone space, as well as the D-CLIC program, which focuses on developing digital skills and enhancing the employability of youth and women. Originally from Switzerland, Ms. BRILLOUIN is a graduate of EDHEC Business School in France, where she earned a Master's in Business Administration and Corporate Strategy with a specialization in international relations and diplomatic law. With over 25 years of experience in supporting international businesses, managing institutional relations, and addressing issues related to digital transition, energy transition, and sustainable economic development, she has held positions in both public and private large organizations, as well as in the international institutional environment, particularly within the Francophone sphere. Her career reflects a multidisciplinary expertise combining strategy, economic development, and digital innovation, all in the service of La Francophonie and its members.
