Clarisse MAGNIN

Bio

Clarisse Magnin is a Senior Partner and Managing Director of McKinsey in France. She is a leading global figure in the Consumer and Sustainability practices. Clarisse Magnin is also a member of the McKinsey Global Institute (MGI) leadership team, McKinsey's internal think tank that publishes research on major economic, business, and technological trends. She regularly participates in international forums, including the World Economic Forum in Davos, the Rencontres Économiques d’Aix-en-Provence and the Consumer Goods Forum. First woman to be promoted to Managing Director of McKinsey's French office, Clarisse Magnin is deeply committed to issues of European competitiveness, meritocracy, gender equality, and the adaptation of today's and tomorrow's businesses to the new generation. Outside of her activities at McKinsey, she is actively involved in several associations, such as Les Pilotes and Génération France. From 2018 to 2021, Clarisse Magnin served on McKinsey's Global Executive Committee. Before joining the Paris office, she worked in the Boston and New Jersey offices. Clarisse Magnin is a graduate of HEC and holds a DEA in Economics from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
