Bio

Bertrand Rambaud is CEO of the Siparex Group, one of France’s leading independent private equity groups. After having been a Partner at PwC in the Transactions & Services department, Bertrand Rambaud joined Siparex in 2002. Appointed CEO in July 2009, he structured the Group and contributed to accelerating the development of Siparex, which today manages €4.5 billion in assets, financing and supporting companies from start-ups to intermediate-sized enterprises (ISEs), through its different business lines: Private Equity, Venture Capital, Private Debt, Energy Transition, and Nuclear. Siparex is present in France and has international outreach with European offices in Milan, Berlin and Brussels, as well as partnerships in Canada and the Maghreb. From 2023 to 2025, Bertrand Rambaud served as President of the professional association France Invest, representing over 460 French Private Equity companies and nearly 200 advisory firms. Bertrand Rambaud sits on the Boards of Directors of Mérieux Equity Partners and Biscuits Bouvard. He graduated from EM Lyon Business School.
