Adrien Couret, 42, is the Managing Director of Aéma Groupe, the leading mutual insurer serving over 12 million people in France. Adrien Couret began his career at MACIF in 2008 as Project Manager for the General Secretariat. 11 years later, at just 35, he became the group's Managing Director. Former President of HEC Alumni, he became the Managing Director of Aéma Groupe in 2021, born of the merger of MACIF and AÉSIO mutuelle. He then embarked on the takeover of Aviva France, which would become Abeille Assurances once the deal was finalized. In 2022, he spearheaded the creation of Ofi Invest, one of the key operations in the consolidation of the French asset management sector in recent years. With over 200 billion euros in assets under management, Aéma Groupe is the 5th largest asset management group in France. After the first year of its second strategic plan, Aéma Groupe returns to operating performance in 2024, with a 300% increase in net income compared with 2023. Adrien Couret is a graduate of HEC Paris, a member of the Institut des Actuaires and Vice-President of the Association des Assureurs Mutualistes (AAM).
