Bio

Isabelle Le Bot is currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of La France Mutualiste, a position she has held since November 2022. She is also a member of the Executive Committee of Malakoff Humanis (since September 2024) and Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of Unofi (since November 2025). A graduate of ESSEC Business School and holder of a postgraduate degree (DESS) in business law and taxation, Isabelle Le Bot spent 18 years in various positions within the AXA Group before joining Matmut as Deputy Chief Executive Officer.
