Bio
Bruno Stagno is Chief Advocacy Officer at Human Rights Watch and Affiliate Professor at Sciences Po Paris, former Foreign Minister of Costa Rica (2006-2010), Ambassador to the United Nations (2002-2006), President of the Assembly of States Parties of the International Criminal Court (2005-2008) and Co-President of the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty Article 14 Conferences (2007-2009).
He graduated of Georgetown University, the Sorbonne and Princeton University. He's also Officier de la Légion d'Honneur.
