Léon LAULUSA

Bio

Professor Léon Laulusa was appointed Executive President and Dean of ESCP Business School in June 2023. He also serves as Vice-President of the Conférence des Grandes Écoles (CGE), where he oversees international relations, and is a Board member of Campus France, chairing its Indo-Pacific Committee. In January 2025, he was named Chevalier of the Légion d’Honneur, the highest distinction awarded to civilians in France. A specialist in financial accounting, audit, and management practices in China, he joined ESCP in 1999. He has notably served as Senior Executive Vice-President and Dean for Academic Affairs and International Relations, and as Dean of the Paris, Warsaw, and Dubai campuses. In parallel with his academic career, he worked as a Partner at BDO France and Deloitte, leading auditing and consulting projects globally. He holds a Ph.D. in Management Science from Paris-Dauphine University, an Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches (HDR) from the University of Angers, an MBA from IAE Paris – Panthéon Sorbonne University, and is a certified French Chartered Accountant.
