Biographie
Nicolas Dubourg is currently ISALT CEO and one of its four founding partners. He also is Directeur Général of the FSP (Fonds Stratégique de Participations) since its inception in 2013.
ISALT is a regulated asset management company created in 2019, which is specialized in long term equity investment and whose main activity is the FSP. Supported by 7 major French insurers, the FSP has a portfolio of 10 strategic participations in French companies which are leaders in their sector.
Combining significant and long-term holdings with board member positions, ISALT investment strategy’s objectives is to support companies’ transformation and development along 4 structural transitions (economical, environmental, technological and social) and thus to contribute to sustainable value creation.
Nicolas Dubourg has almost 30 years of experience in finance. He started his career in the investment banking divisions of Société Générale and Crédit Lyonnais. In 2001, he then joined Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management where he embraced different executive positions.
He graduated from Ecole Polytechnique in 1992 and holds a PhD in applied mathematics.
