After ten year experience in auditing and consultancy, Yves Perrier joined Société Générale in 1987 and was appointed Chief Financial Officer in 1995.

In September 1999, he joined Crédit Lyonnais as a member of the Executive Committee in charge of finance, risk and audit functions. Member of Crédit Agricole sa’s Executive Committee since June 2003, he was appointed Deputy Chief Executive of Calyon (CACIB today) in 2004 in charge of structured finance, brokerage, risk and support functions, and international network.

In September 2007, Yves Perrier was named head of Asset Management and Investor Services at Crédit Agricole sa, CEO of Crédit Agricole Asset Management and Chairman of CACEIS. In 2009, he led the project to form Amundi by combining the asset management activities of Crédit Agricole and Société Générale. He is CEO of Amundi since January,1st 2010.

Born in 1954, Yves Perrier graduated from ESSEC and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
